Raw marlin flesh generally is light pink/red. It turns off-white when cooked. Marlin has a firm, meaty texture and rich in flavor. Marlin is a high source of protein.
Our Super Frozen Marlin is fresher than fresh marlin because super frozen marlin loin holds its freshness from the time of the catch, and it doesn’t deteriorate during the frozen storage as these are stored at -60’C temperature. Flesh of super frozen marlin loins is light pink / white when its frozen and has a pink color and firm texture once defrosted as it was before freezing. Marlin is a great alternative to Swordfish.
