Super Frozen Yellowfin Tuna

Yellowfin tuna meat has a mild, meaty flavour and has large flakes. Our Super frozen tuna is fresher than fresh tuna because super frozen Tuna holds its freshness from the time of the catch, and it doesn’t deteriorate during the frozen storage as these are stored at -60’C temperature. Flesh of super frozen tuna is light red / pink when it’s frozen and has a superb red colour and firm texture once defrosted as it was before freezing. For these reasons, our tuna is Sashimi grade and suitable for sushi, where the tuna is consumed raw. Our luscious yellow fin tuna is actively contributing to the success of an esteemed Fishery Improvement Program (FIP).
