Our Onboard Frozen Tataki are pre-cut tuna rectangular blocks. Tataki is taken from the tender loins of the tuna and boasts about being prepared using the traditional cut of the authentic Japanese recipe. Tuna block has many advantages as less wastage, easy to defrost (thaw), easy to store and easy to separate for days. This is a great choice for slicing pieces for Tataki and Tartare.
