Our Onboard Frozen Tuna Centre cut Loin is skinless, boneless and without the black meat. Head part of the loin trimmed to 6cm and middle cut into 8cm. Centre cut loins cuts in portions of 1kg to 3kg. Our Onboard Frozen Tuna loins allow you to carve varieties of your own dishes.
