Our Onboard Frozen Tuna steaks are vertical slices cut from the loin. Our steaks are natural shape steak, weight range and thickness as per the customer requirement. Tuna steak has many advantages as easy to defrost (thaw) and easy dish preparation. These are good for the seared fry.
