Tuna Tataki (Yellowfin)

Our Onboard Frozen Tataki are pre-cut tuna rectangular blocks. Our Tuna Tataki is formatted blocks to match the customer specification. Tuna block has many advantages as less wastage, easy to defrost (thaw), easy to store and easy to separate for days. This is a great choice for slicing pieces for Tataki and Tartare.
